Ready-made catalog items

You have 14 days from the day you receive a ready-made (non-personalized) item to request a return, in line with EU consumer protection law. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item arrived defective or damaged. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

Custom and personalized items

Items that are made to order to your specifications – such as the Custom Name Keychain or any print made from a file you uploaded – cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, unless the item is defective or was damaged in transit. This follows the standard EU exemption for personalized goods.

Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a free reprint or a full refund, your choice.

How to request a return or refund

Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within one business day.
