About these terms

These terms govern your use of alpineprint3d.com and any order you place with AlpinePrint 3D, a made-to-order 3D printing business based in Austria. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and made-to-order production

Every item is printed after you place your order – nothing is held in stock. Typical turnaround is 3-7 business days before shipping, longer for complex custom work. We’ll let you know if a specific order will take longer.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely at checkout before production begins.

Shipping

We ship from our workshop in Austria to destinations across Europe and beyond. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of ready-made items. This right does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, such as custom text or uploaded design files – see our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Your design files

If you upload a file for a custom print, you confirm you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. We use your file only to produce and ship your order and will not reuse or share it without your permission.

Warranty and liability

We stand behind the quality of our prints and will repair, reprint, or refund items that arrive defective. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Austrian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
